Middlebury

I further grant to Middlebury the right to publish, distribute, and edit the Recording(s) and Photograph(s) through any medium for educational, promotional, or other purposes that support Middlebury’s mission. I understand that these rights granted to Middlebury may be used in whole or in part without compensation. Middlebury shall own the exclusive rights to the Recording(s) and the Photograph(s) in connection with the Event, but not to the underlying intellectual property of my contribution to it. I retain rights to publish or use the content underlying the Event (e.g. written lecture, notes, handouts, or research) as I see fit. Neither the Event nor the grant of rights I have made to Middlebury in this document infringes or violates any copyright or other right of, or breaches any obligation I have to, any other person or entity. I release Middlebury from every claim, liability, or action in law, including any and all claims for defamation or copyright infringement, arising from the production and distribution of the Recording of my participation in the Event.
