You should spend time preparing your materials for your display the week before you are scheduled to install it. Have everything ready to go on Monday so all you have to do is put it in place. No material that could pose a safety hazard is allowed to be part of the display; barbed wire, glass, etc. Also, please remove your display when your reservation is over, usually at noon on Monday. We will assume that displays that are not removed are abandoned and we will dispose of the contents. Each display should indicate who presented it and include contact information that can be used if people viewing it have questions or comments.
